Annette Moloney is a socially engaged curator and collaborator. Her practice includes exhibitions, artist’s professional development and mentoring projects, critical writing, public policy development, talks and lectures, as well as public art commissions and Arts and Health practice. She works with the Arts Council of Ireland as Adviser on the Government’s Per Cent for Art Scheme. During 2015 she was Cavan Curator in Residence (with Maeve Mulrennan) working directly with Artists from a range of artforms. She also received a Curator in Residence Award to develop ENDURANCE | RESILIENCE, a Curated @ Source project which explored the links between sport and human effort in contemporary art, located at the Source Arts Centre, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. A Fine Art graduate from Limerick School of Art & Design and the National College of Art & Design, she has a Masters in Visual Arts Practice from IADT (Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology), Dublin, specialising in Curatorial Practice. She is a proud member of the Munster Rugby Supporters Club.
